This Privacy Policy explains how Fulgor Forge LLC ("Fulgor Forge," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with our website and the applications we publish. It applies to all of our current and future apps unless a specific app's listing or in-app disclosure states otherwise, in which case that disclosure governs for that app.
Information We Collect
We aim to collect only what's needed to make our apps work well. Depending on the app, this may include:
- Information you provide directly — such as an email address, account details, or content you enter into an app.
- Usage information — how you interact with an app, which features you use, and basic device and diagnostic information (device type, operating system, crash logs) that helps us fix bugs and improve performance.
- Information from third-party services — if an app integrates with a platform you choose to connect (for example, a health or calendar service), we receive only what that integration is scoped to share, and only with your permission.
We do not collect more categories of data than an app actually needs to function.
How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Operate, maintain, and improve our apps and this website;
- Respond to support requests and communicate with you about your account or our services;
- Diagnose technical problems and understand how our apps are actually used, so we can refine them;
- Meet legal obligations and enforce our terms.

Data Retention and Deletion
We retain information for as long as it's needed to provide the relevant app or service, or as required by law. You can request that we delete your data at any time by emailing us at the address below with the subject line "Data deletion request" and the name of the app in question. We will complete deletion requests within 30 days and confirm once it's done.
Your Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise any of these rights by contacting us using the details below. Many of our apps also let you manage or delete your data directly from within the app or your device's settings.
Children's Privacy
Our apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as our apps and practices evolve. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do, and for material changes we'll make reasonable efforts to provide additional notice, such as an in-app message.
